Projects Workspace
The Projects Workspace serves as your central command center, providing a unified view of all your projects. This intuitive interface allows you to quickly access folders and projects. You can switch to the All-in-one Workspace at any time.
Folders, Projects and Archives
The platform uses a simple folder-based structure where each folder contains related projects. Projects mirror your music projects in your DAW. This organization keeps your workspace clean while maintaining access to past projects and reference materials you might need for future submissions.
Intelligent file management
When you create a Project, advanced file management capabilities automatically organize your uploads. The intelligent system carefully analyzes and categorizes each file you submit, ensuring everything is properly sorted without requiring manual intervention. The system detects whether your uploaded files are:
a new file version (usually consisting of small changes like mix adjustments or minor edits)
a new recording version (such as instrumental, acoustic, remix, or alternative takes of the same composition)
a completely new song (with a different underlying musical work that represents an entirely separate composition).
Connex integration
Our seamless Connex integration lets you submit directly to your A&R administrator, providing them with all audio files and metadata needed to prepare your music release. Simply enter their email, and when you submit, your label contact will automatically receive everything in their Connex account.
History & Comparison mode
Comprehensive tracking features allow you to view detailed histories of all project changes throughout your submission, compare different submission side-by-side, and understand the evolution of your submissions, metadata, music credits and audio files. This functionality is crucial for maintaining quality control and understanding feedback implementation throughout the review process.
