How to submit to your label

Complete your submission review and deliver your project directly to your label contact through our Connex integration.

Once you've entered all the metadata and contributors for your Recording, you should be redirected to the summary page. From here, you can review all the information you've provided to ensure accuracy before proceeding.

After confirming everything is correct, all you need to do is click on the prominently displayed [ Submit ] button located at the bottom of the summary page.

The submission process is seamlessly enabled by our integration with Connex, our trusted partner for digital delivery. For this process to work correctly, you will need the email address of your point-of-contact at the label. It's important to note that this contact person must have an active Connex account to properly receive and access your submission. If they don’t have an account, they can contact Connex directly or subscribe.

When you complete your submission to the label, MusicTeam automatically packages and sends all essential components of your project. This includes the high-quality audio file in the appropriate format, the complete and accurate metadata you've entered, and all the detailed contributor information you've provided. This comprehensive package ensures your label has everything they need to process your music efficiently.

🔉 Heads-up: Some labels may not support audio files reception as part of their Connex contract. It is your responsibility to know how your label makes use of Connex.
